  Excellent experience with SIXT from start to finish. The team were super helpful and friendly, and gave me a really good price on an upgrade to a fantastic vehicle. Customer service was great throughout and the whole pickup process was smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.

  Really friendly team, extremely helpful and clear with explanations of the rental. The car we ordered was actually the car we received. The car itself was great and the return process easy. The team communicated before and after really well and the two gentleman were very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend. Thanks

  Sixt recently moved locations from Queenstown Road to Battersea Power Station, in their words, to improve customer experience but is now a far worse experience! 1. There was only 1 person serving so a big queue. Some people behind me gave up and left. 2. There is nowhere to sit while you are waiting, standing only. 3. There were computer issues (happens quite frequently) so it took them 30 mins to issue me the keys even when I was at the desk. 4. It is quite a walk to the car park which is located elsewhere, an 8 minute walk which you need a map for, not great if you have luggage to carry, let alone children, older relatives or are less mobile yourself. 5. Pedestrian access to the car park is not obvious so it was difficult access. I had to limbo under the car park barrier ! What we had before with the previous location and what people still want is to be able to rent a car and have the car waiting outside so the new set up is a major backwards step in my view.I don't know who thought having the cars located so far away was a good idea. In short, I will be renting elsewhere from now on having been a fan of Sixt before the move and using for them for the last 10 years. Such a shame so hopefully the powers that be at Sixt see this. The guy on the rental desk was aware others have complained about the new set up so I am not the only one to have this experience.
